InsideOut

Podcast with Seka Dobric

Every life has a moment it changes direction.

Some people take their life into their own hands. For others, something happens that turns everything upside down. InsideOut is long conversations with people who hit the wall, turned around, and can tell you exactly what that felt like. One guest. One story. Told all the way through, including the parts that are still unresolved.

Stories that deserve to be seen and heard.

Op de sofa met Seka: 155 conversations

Before InsideOut there were a hundred and fifty-five conversations in Dutch: with authors, leaders, athletes and people with a story that had to be told. Different language, same instinct: sit down with someone and keep going until something true turns up. These are some of the most watched.

Your suggestion

Do you know a story that needs to be told?

Someone whose life changed direction: by choice, or because something happened to them. Someone who deserves to be seen and heard. Maybe it's you. Tell me about them.

A few lines are enough: who, what happened, and why their story matters.

What this is

An interview show, not an advice show.

No five-step methods

Nobody here is selling a framework. The guest tells you what happened, in the order it happened.

Long enough to get somewhere

Most episodes run past an hour. The thing worth hearing is rarely in the first fifteen minutes.

The unresolved parts stay in

If a guest hasn't worked it out yet, that's the episode. Tidy endings are for other shows.
