How it works

We start with a free 30-minute intake call. A typical trajectory is four to six sessions, online or in person in Sint-Niklaas, Dendermonde, Willebroek, Zaventem or Brussels. Where it helps, we add an in-depth job-matching and profiling test, so we know exactly which roles and training suit you.

Why me

I'm a labour market expert with the Flemish professional qualification for career guidance (level 6), and an ICF PCC and EMCC-accredited coach. I studied in Sarajevo and built my own career in Belgium: at KLM and Hewitt Associates in Brussels, and for almost two decades in my own companies. I know what it takes to find your place here. I speak English, Dutch, French and Bosnian (Serbo-Croatian).
